Why Tenant Participation Matters
Tenant participation is at the heart of our housing services. By actively involving you—our tenants—we can better understand your needs and work together to improve the services that matter most to you. Our mission is to create places that people are proud to call home, and your voice is central to that mission.
We believe that by communicating effectively with tenants and providing opportunities for participation that are accessible to all, we can ensure that your views are heard, respected, and put at the centre of decision-making.
Why Your Feedback is Crucial
Our Tenant Participation Strategy has been drafted based on the feedback you gave us when we asked you what works well, what could be improved, and how we can better support and involve you in decision-making processes. We now need your input to make sure this strategy works for you. Your feedback is essential in identifying areas for improvement and ensuring the strategy reflects tenant priorities.
The survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete, and all responses are confidential.
