Consultation has concluded

We would like to thank everyone who took the time to provide feedback on our Tenant Allowance, Compensation and Redress Policy. 

We are pleased to announce that the policy was approved at the Communities Committee on Tuesday 26 November 2024.

The policy and procedures will be formally launched on 31 January 2025, further information will be provided to our customers prior to the launch.
