We are considering renewing the lease on common good land at West Links Arbroath for the miniature railway.

The lease will be for a period of 20 years at a commercial rent.

The site plan can be viewed in the Relevant Documents section of this page and copies of the public notice will also be displayed at the site and on Tell Me Scotland

Section 104 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015 requires us to consult the community before disposing or changing the use of common good land or property.
