The footways around Seaview Primary School on Victoria Road in Monifieth were narrow and challenging for those with young children particularly those in buggies/pushchairs. The section of path just north of the primary school was especially narrow with a beech hedge compounding matters further.
The improvements to the footpaths were delivered in early 2025 and included widening and resurfacing, side road zebra crossings, cutting back of nearby vegetation and the inclusion of pencil shaped bollards at the entrance to the school.
