Consultation has concluded
Angus Council prepared an updated list of its Common Good land and buildings for the former Burgh of Brechin
Before adopting the list as part of its Common Good Register, it was published for public consultation under Section 102 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015.
The consultation ran from 30 January 2024 until 25 April 2024.
Following the consultation, an updated list of common good land and property has been approved at committee. You can view the list and find out more about common good properties on the Angus Council website.
