Angus Council has prepared an updated List of its Common Good land and buildings for the Burgh of Kirriemuir.
Before adopting the list as part of its Common Good Register we need to publish the List for public consultation under Section 102 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015.
You can see the list of land and buildings in the documents section on this page or on Tell Me Scotland(External link). Paper copies of the proposed list will also be available to view in the Kirriemuir Library, Reform Street, Kirriemuir during normal opening hours.(External link)
Representations must be made in writing and include the name and address of the person making it. All representations will be published.
The consultation period will be open for 12 weeks from 16 January until 11 April 2025
