Angus Council has prepared an updated List of its Common Good land and buildings for the former Police Burgh of Carnoustie. No land or buildings have been identified to be included on the draft list.
Before adopting the list as part of its Common Good Register we need to publish the List for public consultation under Section 102 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015.

Paper copies of the proposed list will also be available to view in the Carnoustie Library, 21 High Street, Carnoustie, DD7 6AN during normal opening hours.

Representations must be made in writing and include the name and address of the person making it. All representations will be published.
The consultation will be open for 12 weeks until 10 January 2026.
