Consultation has concluded

We are considering granting a new 15-year lease with 3 yearly break option to the Brechin Community Football Trust, which is a registered charity and are now asking for comments.

The Trust run a number of adult and junior football teams including 4 girls teams and they are extending their offerings to under 5’s. They currently regularly hire the pitches and pavilion at Brechin Public Park for the various teams.

The condition of the toilets and changing facilities is poor and require internal upgrading. Given the charitable status of the trust, they may be able to apply for grant funding to upgrade the facilities however they need to have leasehold interest in the property.

The Relevant Documents link on this page include more information about this proposal. You can also visit the Tell Me Scotland Website. Copies of the public notice will also be displayed at the site.
