If you are a teacher, parent or guardian helping a child to complete the survey, please encourage them to express their own views. We want their thoughts on their local area and what play is like for them.

We have a separate survey for adults to complete on their own behalf.

We would like to learn a bit about you to find out how you use local spaces and how we can improve play spaces. 

No personal names or addresses will be asked for.
