We are considering setting rates across Angus for employed PA's, self-employed PA's and care at home providers in Option 1 - direct payments. Furthermore, we are considering whether a more consistent approach should be introduced in the future.

We would like to hear from staff working within Angus Health and Social Care Partnership to understand your views and experiences of the current arrangements, and your thoughts on the potential introduction of set rates across Angus.

Your feedback will help us to understand the potential impact of introducing set rates and will help inform any future decisions.

This survey is completely anonymous. We will not ask you for information that identifies you, and individual responses will not be attributed to you.

Thank you for taking the time to share your views.
