Angus Health and Social Care Partnership (AHSCP) is considering introducing set rates across Angus.
Before making any decisions, we would like to better understand the current experience of personal assistants working in Angus, including how rates are currently agreed and the factors that may influence these.
We are asking you to share your views and experiences as a personal assistant working in Angus. This includes people who are directly employed as a personal assistant, as well as those who provide personal assistant support on a self-employed basis.
Your feedback will help us to understand the potential impact of introducing set rates and ensure that the views and experiences of personal assistants are taken into account when considering any future approach.
This survey is completely anonymous. We will not ask you for information that identifies you, and your individual responses will not be attributed to you. Please feel free to share your honest views and experiences.
The survey should take a few minutes to complete. Your responses will be used to inform AHSCP's consideration of personal assistant rates and will be treated in accordance with the information provided at the end of this survey.
