Rates - Direct Payment Recipients

Angus Health and Social Care Partnership (AHSCP) is considering introducing set rates for personal assistant and care and support services across Angus.

Before making any decisions, we would like to better understand the experiences of people who receive a direct payment and use it to arrange their own support.

We would like to hear from you if you use your direct payment to:

• employ a personal assistant directly;
• engage with a self-employed personal assistant; or
• pay for support from a care at home provider.

We are interested in understanding how you currently arrange and pay for your support, as well as your views on the potential introduction of set rates. Your feedback will help AHSCP understand how any changes could affect people who use direct payments and ensure that the experiences and views of direct payment recipients are taken into account when considering any future approach.

This survey is completely anonymous. We will not ask you for information that identifies you, and your individual responses will not be attributed to you. Please feel free to share your honest views and experiences.

The survey should take a few minutes to complete. Your responses will be used to inform AHSCP's consideration of set rates.
