This consultation has concluded
We are considering using the ground at the Newton Play Area, Arbroath for affordable housing and we want to hear your views.
As part of the development there are proposals for developing areas of open space on the site. This would provide opportunities for informal play and socialising alongside the new housing.
The Newton Avenue Play Area was identified for disinvestment by the Council in 2013 and items of play equipment were removed as they became unfit for purpose.
The Relevant Documents link on this page includes more information about this proposal including details of the plans for the area. You can also visit the Tell Me Scotland Website(External link).
Copies of the public notice will be displayed at the site, in the local library and in the local paper.
