Angus Council has prepared an updated List of its Common Good land and buildings for the Burgh of Monifieth.

Before adopting the list as part of its Common Good Register we need to publish the List for public consultation under Section 102 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015.

You can see the list of land and buildings in the documents section on this page or on Tell Me Scotland.

Paper copies of the proposed list will also be available to view in the Monifieth Library, 48 High Street, Monifieth and also the Monifieth Activity Centre (MAC), Riverview Drive, during normal opening hours.


How to have your say

If you would like to comment on any of the land or buildings identified in the list please email CommEngagement@angus.gov.uk. or you can send them to:

  • Vibrant Communities, Angus House, Orchardbank Business Park, Sylvie Way, Forfar DD8 1AN.

Representations must be made in writing and include the name and address of the person making it. All representations will be published.

The consultation will be open for 12 weeks from 17 March until 11 June 2025.
