We want to hear what you think about Friockheim Hub.
This is your chance to influence the development of a place that reflects the needs, interests, and desires of the entire community. We are keen to hear from a wide range of people, and welcome feedback on the types of services and activities you would like to see. Whether you are a regular visitor to the hub or not, your opinion matters.
Background
Friockheim Hub opened up in the village back in January 2019 and since then, has experienced Covid19 and cost of living increases. The knock on effect of this has meant that the organisation has experienced financial hardship and last year, was on the brink of closing its doors. This has resulted in the board taking steps to make sure that you still have a hub in the village providing a service that people want.
They are committed to providing a community hub that meets the needs and aspirations of the people it serves.
This consultation is an important opportunity for you to share your thoughts, ideas, and perceptions about the hub. Your input will help shape its future, ensuring it becomes a vibrant space that enhances our community and provides the services and activities you want.
How to take part
Complete our survey to let us know your views, the survey will be open for 4 weeks.
We will also be conducting this survey door to door in the village week commencing 21 April 2025.
What happens next
The findings will be reviewed and presented at a public feedback meeting on Tuesday 27 May 2025 at 7pm in the Friockheim Hub. Everyone is welcome to attend.
