We are considering selling the Inch Pavilion and bowling green to the Montrose Port Authority for £201,750 and are now asking for comments.
The site will be used as part of a regeneration development at the Port, including construction of offices and units to support new bases for the operation and maintenance of offshore renewable energy projects.

Section 104 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015 requires us to consult the community before disposing or changing the use of common good land or property. The consultation will run for 8 weeks.
The report will be debated by councillors at the full meeting of Angus Council on 20 June 2024.
