We are considering granting a new 25-year lease, on commercial terms, to the current tenants.

This will include the areas currently leased and the extended area required for the outside seating area.

The tenants have leased two small areas of ground at West Links, Arbroath for more than 40 years for the purposes of a snack bar and kiosk with the addition of an adjacent store ten years ago.

They have recently received planning consent to improve the snack bar and to create an outside seating area.

To view full details of the planning consent, search the Public Access site for reference number 21/00480/FULL.

The Relevant Documents link on this page includes more information about this proposal. You can also visit the Tell Me Scotland website. Copies of the public notice will also be displayed at the site.
