We are proposing to let a site at the public toilets at West Links Arbroath for the installation of a self service dog wash facility.

The lease will be on commercial terms.

The site would be approx. 2m x 0.6m positioned against the wall of the toilet block as shown on the location plan.

Section 104 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015 requires us to consult the community before disposing or changing the use of common good land or property.
