We are proposing to grant a servitude right of access over The Den, Southesk Street Brechin DD9 6AG to serve a residential development at the former Infirmary.
The servitude right of access is required for surface water drainage. The right of servitude would be subject to all footpaths, hedges and grass areas affected by works to be reinstated to the satisfaction of Angus Council.
The Park would continue to form part of the Brechin Common Good.

Section 104 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015 requires us to consult the community before disposing or changing the use of common good land or property.
