Section 104 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015 requires us to consult the community before disposing or changing the use of common good land or property.

Representations must include the name and address of the person making it and all representations will be published.


The consultation period will be open for 8 weeks, from 20 January 2025 until 18 March 2025.

Copies of the public notice will also be displayed in the local library and at the site.
