Section 104 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015 requires us to consult the community before disposing or changing the use of common good land or property.

If you would like to comment on the proposal please email CommEngagement@angus.gov.uk or you can send them to Vibrant Communities, Angus House, Orchardbank Business Park, Sylvie Way, Forfar DD8 1AN.

Representations must include the name and address of the person making it and all representations will be published.


The consultation period will be open for 8 weeks, from 5 December 2024 until 5 February 2025.

Copies of the public notice will also be displayed at the site and the local library.
