After the flooding in October 2023, Angus Council are carrying out an options appraisal on the flood affected area of Brechin.
The area covers the following streets:
River Street
Middleton Park
Nursery Lane
Meikle Mill
Nursery Park
Mitchell Drive
Eastmill Road

An options appraisal involves measuring several potential solutions against a set of agreed criteria. The aim is to find the solution that best meets everyone’s needs.
Angus Council have contracted the housing consultants Arneil Johnston to carry out this options appraisal.
How to get involved
During the month of May, Arneil Johnston consultants will be contacting residents in person and by phone.
